We do our best to display products, colors, and sizes accurately. Limited-run items may sell out quickly. All sales are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is unavailable.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping or taxes unless stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You authorize the charge when you complete checkout.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.
5. Pre-orders and early downloads
Pre-order products are made available before the associated song is publicly released. When you pre-order, you will receive an early digital download of the song through a secure, time-limited link. Public streaming links become available once the song is officially released.
6. Digital downloads
Digital downloads are delivered as personal-use files. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share downloaded content. Download links expire after a limited time.
7. Returns and exchanges
Due to the limited-run nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, music, branding, and content on this site are owned by SPROVE or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
SPROVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
